About HUMENS AI, Inc.

A technology company building governance-first infrastructure for quantitative finance, compute, and automation.

Positioning

HUMENS AI, Inc. is a U.S.-based technology company developing AI-governed infrastructure for quantitative finance, energy-aware compute, and enterprise workflow automation.

HUMENS Quant is a governance-first quantitative finance platform designed to test and operate proprietary treasury workflows using company-owned funds only, subject to risk controls, audit evidence, and human/operator approval gates.

HUMENS AI, Inc. does not custody customer assets, manage customer funds, provide individualized investment advice, operate as a broker-dealer, or execute trades on behalf of clients.

Our mission

HUMENS AI, Inc. exists to make advanced automation trustworthy. Our mission is to build AI-governed infrastructure where capability and control advance together — across quantitative finance, energy-aware compute, and enterprise workflow automation.

Governance-first infrastructure

Every HUMENS system is designed governance-first: automated behavior is bounded by explicit policy, continuous oversight, and durable audit evidence. We treat "who approved this, under what policy, with what evidence" as first-class engineering requirements.

HUMENS, LPAR, and CHO

The HUMENS Protocol / HCS is our governance layer. LPAR is our policy-and-risk control function that constrains what an automated action is allowed to do. CHO is our checked-and-held oversight function that supervises and can hold actions for review. Together they ensure automated decisions remain inside approved limits with recorded evidence.

Company-owned treasury workflow

HUMENS Quant is being developed to operate proprietary treasury workflows using company-owned funds only. It is a tool for HUMENS AI, Inc.'s own research and treasury automation — not a service that handles outside money.

HUMENS AI, Inc. is a technology company. We do not provide individualized investment advice, do not act as a broker-dealer, and do not manage or custody assets for clients.

Founder

Adam Vincent Purvis is the founder of HUMENS AI, Inc., a governance-first technology company building systems for AI-governed infrastructure, quantitative finance readiness, energy-aware compute, and enterprise workflow automation.

Adam Vincent Purvis was born into a U.S. Air Force family in Bitburg, Germany during the Cold War, where his father served as an E-8 Senior Master Sergeant connected to the 36th Fighter Wing command environment. His parents served in the military for more than 22 years, and his early life was shaped by the discipline, mobility, and service culture of the Air Force community before his family returned to the United States in the late 1980s, during the period following the Chernobyl nuclear incident. In 1990, while living in Utah near Hill Air Force Base, Adam broke his hip as a child, requiring same-day surgery and later preventing military service. After six years at TP, Adam went overseas in 2010 as a private BPO contractor, building and supporting contact center operations across Asia, the United States, and Latin America.

Adam later expanded into real estate and finance, graduating from the Arizona School of Business & Real Estate and working as a Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer. HUMENS brings together that background in operations, finance, compliance, infrastructure, and applied AI into one mission: building governed systems where important actions can be reviewed, controlled, evidenced, secured, and improved over time.
