Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for HUMENS AI, Inc. services.

  1. No self-serve paid subscriptions. HUMENS AI, Inc. does not currently offer self-serve paid subscriptions or checkout through this website.
  2. Enterprise services are quote-based. Professional and enterprise services are provided under separate signed agreements. Pricing, deliverables, refund, and cancellation terms are defined in each agreement.
  3. No active public paid product. Nothing on this site implies that a live self-serve paid product exists today.
  4. Future payments. If payment processing is enabled in the future for contracted services, applicable refund and cancellation terms will be disclosed before payment and in the governing contract.
