Each live domain gets its own agent — HUMENS-R1-<Domain> — a shared base model grounded in that domain's binder and that domain's telemetry, under human-owned oversight. No agent acts outside its scope; money and live actions stay fail-closed and owner-gated.

- Scoped: read and recommend by default; writes are checked and human-approved.
