public investment product is currently offered.
How governance applies
HUMENS Quant operates inside the HUMENS Protocol / HCS governance layer: automated actions pass through LPAR policy/risk controls and CHO oversight, and required actions are held for human/operator approval. Where finance-related capabilities are described, they operate on company-owned funds for research and internal development.
HUMENS AI, Inc. does not custody customer assets, manage customer
funds, provide individualized investment advice, operate as a
broker-dealer, or execute trades on behalf of clients. HUMENS AI,
Inc. does not currently offer any public investment product, fund,
managed account, or securities of any kind through this website.
